Fees for leaders: There will be no cost for leaders participating. Parents attending will need to pay though (and be registered as adult helpers).

We will enjoy a fun weekend camp at Bayview Scout Hall, located beside the water. We’ll stay in the hall (or tents if numbers are large), have a campfire on Friday night, go canoeing on Saturday morning, and take part in games or a short local walk in the afternoon.
All activities will be supervised by trained Leaders and run in line with Scouts NSW safety guidelines. Meals, shared fun and teamwork will make this a
great weekend adventure for all Cubs and Scouts.

Please indicate if the youth member is staying the whole weekend or will arrive on Saturday (especially Scouts who might join the Friday District Activity).

Method of transport to the activity

• Own, car-pooling arrangements should be made privately between parents. You can use cubparents@eppingscouts.com.au or scoutparents@eppingscouts.com.au to reach out to other parents.

Clothing & Equipment

• A packing list will be sent our later. But the usual camp clothes and equipment + water activity clothes should cover the weekend.
